Crane Island Bald Eagles
In the spring of 2024 the Bald Eagle couple on Crane Island is raising to eaglets. Here one of the adults is perched in a tree where it can observe the nest and can get to the nest quickly if there is any threat. This tree is also where the eaglets will be taught to fly to once they are ready to fly on their own. This shot was taken on March 14, 2024.
