White Pelicans at Spoonbill Pond
White Pelicans are huge beautiful birds. They show up around here a couple of times a year but mostly in winter. On Big Talbot Island there is a pond called Spoonbill Pond where a wide variety of birds like to gather. That’s where these were swimming (along with many others) when I took this shot in January of 2022.
